This all aluminum vessel is used to control borders, perform search and rescue duties, customs control and other emergency duties, as required. These vessels have been able to carry out their missions in 50 knot winds, while no problems to hull structure or machinery have been encountered. A variation on this design features a transom opening for a stern RIB launch. |
